Sound Baths don’t involve water or swimsuits! They are a wonderfully meditative experience where you relax and bathe in the sounds and energy created by instruments and/or voice. During the Sound Bath you will be immersed in beautiful sounds which send healing vibrations and energy to your mind, body and soul.
During my Himalayan Sound Baths, I invite you get comfortable, either lying down or sitting comfortably. We then start with a short guided meditation to help you relax and prepare for the beautiful experience which awaits you. As I play, I will let my angels and Himalayan bowls guide me to create a soundscape which will envelop you in healing vibrations, allowing you to experience deep relaxation and a meditative state. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away all your stress, tension, and cares. All you have to do is lie there and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you.
During my sound baths, some have experienced visions, seen swirling colours or have even fallen asleep! Everyone has always left the Sound Bath feeling relaxed and refreshed.
